This color racism was growing heavily in the midst summer of 1943. The main reason for this growing tension is due to pearl harbors conflict for more than eighteen months. The Detroit’s population increased effectively to 350,000 out of which 50,000 are African Americans.
The major reason for the rise in population of these African people is that many people started to migrate from Africa towards United States for work. Those people after entering into the country developed defense industries for production. In the year 1941 president Franklin D.Roosevelt developed “FAIR EMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE”. The ultimate aim and the theme of the civil rights act is that there should not be any color, reed and nationality racism in the society and all the employers even from Africa have the right to work in defense production industries. The defense production includes tanks, military hardware, airplanes and vehicles in Detroit. The civil rights attorney of Detroit worked to eradicate racism. At present the American president is barrack obama, the famous African lawyer cum attorney general. His rule is going to be the everlasting history in American history. The country is now waiting for the change to occur so that racism among the Americans is completely eradicated and the future America will be like blossom of flowers. The racism in schools, workplace and churches should be avoided. Equal rights must be given to each and every individual.
